Background

Lucretia lives with her husband and child in Santa Cruz, CA. Her degree is in Economics from Seattle University, a Jesuit institution in Seattle, WA. Lucretia spent 5 years at Micron Technology, 11 at Intuit,Inc. and 5 at SoftwareONE. Her training and certification as an executive coach and innovation catalyst occurred at Intuit, during its pinnacle of leadership development, where she increased leadership engagement scores by 10%. And Lucretia’s time at SoftwareONE included creating the Leadership Development department, leadership development curriculum, and an executive leadership coaching program, which had a 20% increased impact on sales.
